Instructions
In this quiz, you will begin by counting significant figures (SigFigs), then practice rounding to a specific number of significant figures. Lastly, you will multiply and divide numbers. When you do, you must determine HOW MANY SIGNIFICANT FIGURES the final answer should have and round your answer to that many SigFigs.
You may take this quiz as often as you like, but you will get different questions each time. Look over your answers, because if you get any wrong answers, many questions have hints about why you missed them.
This quiz has 45 questions. 15 Counting SigFigs and 10 Rounding SigFigs. They are worth two points each. Then there are 10 multiplication and 10 division worth 2.5 points each.
You have a 60 minute limit on each attempt, but you can start over any time and take it again if you don't get the score that you want.
